Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide analytics to site operators, and remember your preferences.

DuePilot uses a minimal set of cookies — only what is necessary to operate the service and understand how it is used. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies of any kind.

Cookies We Do NOT Use

DuePilot does not use any of the following:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)

  • Cross-site tracking cookies

  • Third-party marketing analytics cookies

  • Social media cookies

  • Fingerprinting scripts or canvas tracking

Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when cookies are being set. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent DuePilot from functioning correctly.

For PostHog analytics specifically, you can opt out at any time by visiting your account settings and disabling "Product analytics." Your opt-out preference is stored in your account and applies across all browsers and devices where you are logged in.

To opt out of analytics before creating an account, you can use your browser's "Do Not Track" signal, which DuePilot honors by disabling PostHog tracking for that session.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
